Joe "J Rag" Rago as a youth was brought into the Modeling Industry with the Largest Child & Teen Modeling Agencey in the Business Generation Model Management, Inc. with Patti Fliescher. Participating in the Annual "Model Search America" Events on a National Level and the Annual Event where all the Top Agents, Agencies, and Company's from around the World meet to scout the UnKnown Talent from all over to find the Actors and Models that they are looking for. The Company was headed by David Mogul. And once a year Joe would participate with this event as a Special Guest on the Pannel to speak with the New or Up and Coming Talent about the Great Opportunities to come and what He has done over his career and how this has helped and guided him along the way. J Rag worked with Generation as well as 20th Century Fox in His early Portion of his Career. Having worked on Print Work and Catalog such as [FingerHut, Target, Macy's, BloomingDales', Colgate, Orthello the BoardGame, as well as a Few Novel Covers and Pages Including The Book Series by Cammy Baker, "The Box Car Children Series" & "Sweet Valley High{Jr. High} The Series as well as the TV Series with UPN 9 NetWork] as well as a few TV Commercials including Macy's....... From there as time started to pass and J Rag started to get a little older and began to Perfect his craft as a writer and Artist, He gravitated towards the Music Industry a little more and more with time. By the Age of 18, He was Writing and Recording Songs and Music as well as getting hired to work with Dick Clark and his new "American BandStand Projects" with NightClubs, Events, Marketing, & Memoriabilia. After Several Years of working with that Company, Opening a Lounge, Club in the Heart of Center City, Philadelphia in the Prime Location, 15th & Market Streets, He had Centre Square and still while writing and Producing, and traveling doing shows. On The Journey to creating his Album and first Project "In This Life" J Rag got the Opportunity to work with so many great Talented People and Artists along the way. Having Production and Features from Nino Breeze, B.Moore, DJ Sojo, Kwei the Entertainer, Fonzarelli, F.Fernandez, CK & Reg Riddem of the Subliminal Orphans, Mike Taylor aka Tu Phace & Lf Daze to just name a few...... Also ith the Company getting up and off of its feet and starting to generate a name and a following and being now not only a Record Label wich was originally created to house the Talents of CK, Nino Breeze, B.Moore, & J Rag HimSelf. But became a Marketing, Promotions, and Booking Agencey and Management Team as well. Do girls keep thinking of you as a friend, despite your best efforts to attract them? You may have lots of female friends and talk about being attracted to them; however, you may not realize that women assume you're batting for your own team because you send out gay signals. Here are four reasons why women might assume you’re gay.

1. You show a lack of interest
If you're invited back to her place and you don’t drop any hints of being interested in her or at least try to make a move, she will think that maybe you're just not into women at all. Women want you to be a gentleman and respect their limits; however, failing to initiate physical contact after a few encounters and not looking at intentionally exposed cleavage can also make them feel that your indifference is stemming from your sexual preference.

2. You're extremely homophobic
Gays are mostly invisible to completely straight men, so when you constantly go out of your way to mock gay people and become obsessed with the sexuality of people around you, women can’t help but wonder what you're so worried about and if you're slowly trying to come out of the closet yourself.

3. You're the gossip guy
Women love it when the guy they’re interested in is a good conversationalist, but don’t overdo that. Sitting around for hours dishing the dirt about people is pretty much the territory of women and gay men.

4. Being overly interested in fashion and your appearance
All women like men who take care of themselves and dress well, but being ultra fashion savvy, spending more time in front of the mirror than she does and having a more complex hair care routine than the average women can immediately raise some flags and place you in a woman’s gay-dar.
