"EveryDay Life Lessons"

1.In life you’ll realize there is a purpose for everyone you meet. Some will test you, some will use you, and some will teach you. But most importantly, some will bring out the best in you.

2.Keep people in your life who truly love you, motivate you, encourage you, enhance you, and make you happy. If you know people who do none of these things, let them go.

"72 Relationship Quotes"

3.Love is not about sex, going on fancy dates, or showing off. It’s about being with a person who makes you happy in a way nobody else can.
4.Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring – all of which have the potential to turn a life around. Read The 5 Love Languages.
5.The most beautiful thing is to see a person you love smiling. And even more beautiful is knowing that you are the reason behind it.
6.Choose your relationships wisely. It’s better to be alone than to be in bad company.
7.Being alone does not mean you are lonely, and being lonely does not mean you are alone.
8.Fall in love when you’re ready, not when you’re lonely.
9.Love means giving someone the chance to hurt you, but trusting them not to.
10.You know you’ve found true love when you catch yourself falling in love with the same person over and over again.
11.Don’t wait for the right person to come into your life. Rather, be the right person to come to someone’s life.
12.The one who is meant for you encourages you to be your best, but still loves and accepts you at your worst.
13.Never allow someone to be your priority while allowing yourself to be their option.
14.Some relationships are like glass. It’s better to leave it broken, than to hurt yourself more by trying to put it back together.
15.Just because one person doesn’t seem to care for you, doesn’t mean you should forget about everyone else who does.
16.Someone else doesn’t have to be wrong for you to be right.
17.It is okay to be angry. It is never okay to be cruel.
18.Never do something permanently foolish just because you are temporarily upset.
19.Silence is often the loudest cry. Pay attention to those you care about.
20.We don’t always need advice. Sometimes all we need is a hand to hold, an ear to listen, and a heart to understand.
21.It’s not so much what you say that counts, it’ how you make people feel.
22.A silent hug means a thousand words to the unhappy heart.
23.Don’t mess with someone’s feelings just because you’re unsure of yours.
24.True happiness comes from within, not from someone else. Don’t make the mistake of waiting on someone or something to come along and make you happy.
25.Don’t choose the one who is beautiful to the world, choose the one who makes your world beautiful.
26.If you feel like your ship is sinking, it might be a good time to throw out the stuff that’s been weighing it down. Let go of people who bring you down, and surround yourself with those who bring out the best in you.
27.Just because it didn’t last forever, doesn’t mean it wasn’t worth your while.
28.Say what you mean and mean what you say. Don’t expect others to read your mind, and don’t play games with their heads and hearts. Don’t tell half-truths and expect people to trust you when the full truth comes out. Half-truths are no better than lies. And don’t ignore someone you care about, because lack of concern hurts more than angry words.
29.Lies help no one in the long run. So… 1) Don’t say “I love you” if you don’t mean it. 2) Don’t say “I understand” if you have no clue. 3) Don’t say “I’m sorry” if you’re not. 4) Be honest with yourself and your loved ones.
30.Tell the truth, or eventually someone will tell it for you. Read The Four Agreements.
31.Good relationships don’t just happen; they take time, patience and two people who truly want to work to be together.
32.Falling in love is not a choice. To stay in love is.
33.Love doesn’t hurt. Lying, cheating and screwing with people’s feelings and emotions hurts.
34.When it comes to relationships, remaining faithful is never an option but a priority. Loyalty is everything.
35.A great relationship is about two things: First, appreciating the similarities, and second, respecting the differences.
36.Jealousy is the art of counting someone else blessings instead of your own. Don’t waste your time on jealousy. The only person you’re competing against is yourself.
37.Do not become possessive. The purpose of a relationship is to complement each other, grow together, and achieve your common goals as a couple. At the same time, you must each maintain your individual identity as a human being.
38.Don’t ever change just to impress someone. Change because it makes you a better person and leads you to a better future.
39.Give, but don’t allow yourself to be used. Listen to others, but don’t lose your own voice.
40.Don’t look for someone who will solve all your problems; look for someone who will face them with you.
41.You don’t really need someone to complete you. You only need someone to accept you completely.
42.Speak when you are very angry, and you’ll make the best speech you’ll ever regret.
43.Grudges are a waste of perfect happiness. Let it go.
44.As we grow up, we realize it becomes less important to have more friends and more important to have real ones.
45.Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.
46.Respect is earned, honesty is appreciated, trust is gained, and loyalty is returned.
47.Never waste a moment, it may be the last with someone you love.
48.If you love someone, tell them. Forget about the rules or the fear of looking ridiculous. What is really ridiculous is passing up on an opportunity to tell someone that your heart is invested in them.
49.Nobody gets through life without losing someone they love, someone they need, or something they thought was meant to be. But it is these losses that make us stronger and eventually move us toward future opportunities.
50.Never stop doing little things for others. Sometimes those little things occupy the biggest part of their hearts.
51.The best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.
52.A real person is not perfect, and a perfect person is not real.
53.To the world, you might be just one person. But to one person, you might be the world.
54.Just because you have a past with someone, doesn’t mean you should have a future with them.
55.No relationship is a waste of time. The wrong ones teach you the lessons that prepare you for the right ones.
56.The first to apologize is the bravest. The first to forgive is the strongest. The first to move forward is the happiest.
57.If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn’t be in it.
58.Characterize people by their actions and you will never be fooled by their words.
59.When the pain of holding on is worse than the pain of letting go, it is time to let go.
60.If a friend is in trouble, don’t bother them by asking if there is anything you can do. Think of something appropriate and do it.
61.Sometimes it is better to be kind than to be right. We do not always need an intelligent mind that speaks, just a patient heart that listens.
62.Be the friend that you want to have.
63.There are times when family are like strangers, and strangers are like family. Both sets of people are priceless.
64.In disagreements with loved ones, deal only with the current situation. Don’t bring up the past.
65.Instead of judging people by their past, stand by them and help repair their future.
66.Don’t try to be everything to everyone. Be everything to someone.
67.Let us remember that we can’t force anyone to love us. We can’t beg someone to stay when they want to leave and be with someone else. This is what love is all about. However, the end of love is not the end of life. It should be the beginning of understanding that love leaves for a reason, but never leaves without a lesson.
68.When things fall apart, consider the possibility that life knocked it down on purpose. Not to bully you, or to punish you, but to prompt you to build something that better suits your personality and your purpose. Sometimes things fall apart so better things can fall together. Read The Road Less Traveled.
69.Everyone wants a perfect ending. But over the years I’ve learned that some of the best poems don’t rhyme, and many great stories don’t have a clear beginning, middle, or end. Life is about not knowing, embracing change, and taking a moment and making the best of it without knowing what’s going to happen next.
70.In human relationships, distance is not measured in miles but in affection. Two people can be right next to each other, yet miles apart. So stay in touch with those who truly matter to you. Not because it’s convenient, but because they’re worth the extra effort.
71.Never neglect the people who are most important to you simply because you think they will always be there. Because one morning you might wake up and realize you lost the moon while counting the stars.
72.True love isn’t about being inseparable; it’s about two people being true to each other even when they are separated.
73.True friendship and true love do sustain the tests of distance and time.
74.When someone gives you their time, they are giving you a portion of their life that they will never get back. It’s one of the most precious gifts you can receive. Don’t waste it.
75.Good relationships are not just about the good times you share; they’re also about the obstacles you go through together, and the fact that you still say “I love you” in the end.

"Don't Miss Out On Exectly What You Been Looking For"

"Sometimes People aren't ready to be in a relationship because they are not in a place in their life where they feel they are ready to give someone all of the time, attention, and love that the person needs or deserves.

It doesn't always have to be something wrong. Like there's gotta be something wrong because on paper everything seems too right. Or because there's someone else they are still stuck on...

Maybe up until now, maybe this person just wanted to be honest with themself, which is being honest to you as well. And when you get to that point where you know what you want. Fight for what you want. Stand up for what you want...

If not it will slip right through your hands and into someone else's... You just may miss out on exactly what you always wanted by letting it get away from you....

And if you let it go without ever giving it a chance then you gotta face living with regret..."

Signs She's On Her Way Out

It’s happened to the best of us: You are happily meandering along in a relationship, convinced that everything is moving forward. Then, without warning, you’re dumped and you wonder, “Where were the signs?”

tnderWell, like it or not, there are always signs of an impending breakup; we sometimes just choose to ignore them. But knowing the warning signs can have a plus side for you: If you recognize them early enough, you can take the upper hand by trying to make reparations to the relationship or by canning her first.

Below are nine indications that she's losing interest and withdrawing from you. If she displays one of the indicators below, she might be losing some interest. If she displays two of the indicators below, she is definitely having doubts about you. Three or more? Prepare yourself for a breakup.
1- She calls you and/or returns your calls less frequently.
A woman who is in a happy relationship almost always calls back. So if you notice her phone calls are becoming sparse or she consistently takes a long time to call you back, she might be trying to put some distance between you. Do not make the mistake of thinking she’s playing phone games. A woman sometimes plays games in the early stages of dating, but generally not once she’s in a relationship.
2- She prefers to go out with her girlfriends.
I’m not referring to a girls’ night out here and there with her posse. But if she consistently leaves you at home to gallivant in nightclubs with her girlfriends, then she is definitely losing interest in you. It may be that she wants time away from you, or that she is actually out perusing her options. Either way, it doesn’t bode well for your relationship.
3- She thwarts your attempts at PDA.
If she once allowed you to kiss her and hold her hand in public, but now squirms away from PDA, she is definitely having her doubts about you. If she does this, she actually doesn’t want other people to know you are together, which is the first step toward an actual breakup.
4- She avoids referring to you as her boyfriend.
If she went from introducing you as her boyfriend to just using your first name, you can be pretty certain something has changed in her mindset. It may even be on a subconscious level, but this definitely means you have been demoted from boyfriend status in her mind.

5- Her career suddenly becomes a priority.
Has she started working late every night? Does she disappear to the office on the weekend? Everyone can have a busy day, week or even month. But if she is serious about you, she’ll make time for you. Enough said.
6- She draws attention to the views you don't have in common.
A woman in love is usually willing to overlook a man’s differing political or social views. So if you find that she’s constantly bringing up your incompatible views, pay attention. She is probably starting to question your long-term compatibility, so note that a breakup may be impending.
7- She highlights mismatched long-term expectations.
Does she constantly mention your conflicting plans of where to live and how many children to have (if any)? Maybe she does actually see your long-term expectations as different, and this is definitely something to consider before moving forward. But this could also be her way of preparing you for a breakup.
8- She loses interest in sex.
Yes, you could blame work-induced fatigue or general routine for her lack of interest in sex, but you’d probably be kidding yourself. When a woman pulls away from sex, especially in the early stages of a relationship (we’re not talking about marriage here), she is often also pulling away from you emotionally. Take notice.
9- She picks fights with you.
If she unleashes her wrath on you just for leaving a couple of dirty dishes in the sink or for leaving the toilet seat up, listen closely. She is clearly bottling up some serious anger toward you, and that’s why the littlest thing can set her off. If she does this often, she may even be hoping you’ll take the bait and break up with her first. Consider your options.

"Telling Your Child That You've Met Someone"

"Telling Your Child That You have met Someone"

Meeting someone when you’re a single parent is tough, but telling your child that you have met a new woman can be even harder. Along with your child’s fear of being replaced, you’ll also have to deal with his/her fear of potentially having an evil stepmother. Such fears are, from an adult’s perspective, unfounded, but to your child, they are completely legitimate and need to be addressed. So, how do you tell your child that you’ve met someone? Here are some suggestions.

When it comes to single parents and dating, the best thing is to be honest with your children upfront. Being a single father, the best time to tell them that you have met a new woman would ideally be after sufficient time has passed and you feel that they’ve completely adjusted to you not being with their mother. During the conversation, ask your child how he/she feels about you dating as a single dad and the fact you’ve met a new woman. Telling your child how you actually met your new woman and some of her characteristics upfront will prepare your child and make it emotionally easier for the time when they do meet the new woman in your life.

Once you have their blessing, remember--the most important step for a single father dating again is to remind your child that he/she is, and will always be, the most important person in your life and that no woman is going to come into your life and take you away from them. Give them that respect and chances are they will be happy for you......

Keeping The Excitement

Sometimes we all need a little help to keep our relationship fresh and exciting, even if we have found the love of our life. Daily routines and other demands on our time keep us running through the treadmill of life. Can keep you running in place and not even realizing how much time has gone by or how much time has really been lost. Before we know it, our relationship may be pushed to the back burner.

If this describes what has happened to your relationship, know that you are not alone. Even those of us in the best relationships need to keep finding ways to reconnect with our loved ones. Once you make it a goal to reconnect with your guy/girl, you will find it easier and easier to do every day. The trick is to get started. The rewards are immeasurable.

Here are some simple, but powerfully effective ideas to transform and revitalize your relationship.

1. Leave a thank you note on her pillow. Thank her for the delicious dinner she made that evening. Tell her how much you are looking forward to cuddling with her later. Tell her how much you loved talking with her over dinner.

2. Commit to spending time alone. Ask him out on a date once a week. Whether that is dinner out at your favorite restaurant; a walk through a nearby park; or a movie night in, the point is to have time alone to refresh your relationship. Turn off all cell phones and keep the focus on the two of you. Everyone needs time together without distractions to allow good conversation and other bonding to take place.

3. Go on an adventure. Do something you have never done before. Take horseback riding, scuba, or skating lessons. Go on a balloon ride (they are surprisingly exciting and calming at the same time). Adventures are the ultimate in bonding experiences. It gives you a feeling of team spirit; gives you something in common to talk about; and raises your endorphin levels.

Improving Your Sex Life

Ways to Improve Your Sex Life

A good sex life takes time and effort to maintain. Although every relationship goes through its sexual ups and downs along with work, bills and other daily stressors, it's easy to see how sex can slip off your relationship radar. Whatever your situation, you must remember that physical intimacy is an important part of maintaining a healthy relationship because it unites partners physically, emotionally and spiritually. So if you feel like you and your partner may be in a sexual rut, here are some key components needed to spark that awesome sex life you have always desired.

1. Create Passion
Men and women alike need to feel the passion and raw emotion that comes with incredible sexual experiences. But to keep the passion, you must be willing to put out the effort. Sex isn't a race, so take time to explore your partner and make sure that you are connecting on a more intimate level. Use anticipation as an aphrodisiac. Tell her what you want to do with each section of her exposed skin. Instead of tearing her clothes off, take your time, explore her body and use different types of foreplay. Take the time to explore and play with her body to find out what kind of touch sends her down the road into incredible sex.

2. Be Spontaneous
There is no limit to the number of ways to have sex, so use your imagination and come up with as many new positions as you desire. Don't be afraid to mix things up in bed. Furthermore, there is no rule that says that you have to have sex at 8:00pm every Wednesday--so, change up your normal routine. There is nothing that can turn a woman on more than taking sex out of the bedroom and into other areas, and simply changing locations can dramatically improve your love life.

The same old place leads to the same old patterns, so explore some new erogenous areas like the kitchen, living room, etc... Also, don't be afraid of new positions or trying out a new toy. To spice things up further, stepping out of the role of being "yourself" and role playing can be a fun way to give each other permission to behave differently. This may be awkward at first, but give it an honest try. You might just like it.

3. Be Open About Your Needs
After being in a relationship for a while you may think you know how to please your partner in every way, but this is rarely true. If you or your partner's needs aren't being met between the sheets, it's time to have a conversation about it. There is always something you haven't tried, and there is bound to be something one of you always does that could be done differently. Being open and honest with each other about your fantasies and desires can bring the passion to a whole new level. If you don't communicate, you'll never know or be able to get her "there."

4. Be Responsible
Practicing safe and responsible sex is also a key to happy sex life. Letting your partner know that you are prepared for the occasion, wherever it should arise, can also create the element of excitement and evoke thoughts of desire. This also shows that you love and respect your partner enough to make sure she stays healthy.

5 Things That Women Get Insecure About

Everyone at one point or another has concerns or may feel insecure about something one day or another...... But here is 5 things that make a woman feel insecure.....

Things Women Are Insecure About

When it comes to dating, most women have a few insecurities and they tend to worry about very different things than men. Your actions can make a big difference on how secure she'll feel when she's with you. Here are 5 things women worry about when it comes to dating or being in a relationship.

1. She thinks you might not call her after a date
The first step to building a woman's trust is to following through with what you promise her. So if you say you are going to call her on Thursday, call her Thursday. If you say Friday, do it. If that's not your style, though, or you'd like to keep a little mystery, don't be definite about when you'll be calling. It's better than breaking a promise and at least she won't be waiting by the phone on a certain day.

2. She thinks you just want to have sex with her
It's a hard line to walk: If you make a move too soon, she'll think that's all you want. If you wait too long, she'll think you're just interested in her friendship. So the best way to work this is to just be sincere. If you are genuinely interested in pursuing a relationship with her, let her know. From there, she'll give you the signals to let you know when she's ready to get romantic with you.

3. She thinks you're dating other women
As long as you are honest about it, casually dating more than one woman at the same time is perfectly acceptable-- just don't lie about it. Keep in mind that once you both become intimate or the relationship turns serious, she might assume you are her's exclusively.

4. She thinks you're not that interested
At times, even the most confident woman sometimes needs a little reassurance that you're interested in her and that she still has it. You could let her know how special she is to you by complimenting her or sending her flowers. Find ways to make your woman feel special through a romantic gesture like calling her in the middle of the day for no reason at all. If you both have been in a relationship for a while, you need to work extra hard to reassure her that you still find her attractive. Flirting with other women in front of her can also make her feel insecure. Remember, when you're with her, devote all your attention to her.

5. She thinks you're cheating on her
If you haven't given her a reason to feel that you're cheating on her and she continues to accuse you of it, discuss the issue with her and let her know that you are committed and have no intention of straying. Believe it or not, lots of women have a lot of performance anxiety in the bedroom. If you're sex life is going well be sure to let her know it. If not, however, be sure to address the issue in the most sensitive manner possible.

Yes, the world of dating is harsh. But if you genuinely care about her, with a little foresight and sincerity, you can make her feel more secure about your relationship and about herself and boost her ego.
